Resetting your account password is easy.

Step 1: Visit


Step 2 : Fill-in the Email address for your account, and click Next

  • If you forgot what email address you used for your account, create a support ticket and we can help you out. 



Step 3: Click the I forgot my password button

Step 4: Click Yes to confirm sending email to reset your password

Step 5: Check your email inbox

  • You should receive an email with the subject “ password reset”.
  • If you don’t see an email within 5 minutes, please check your Junk Mail or Spam folder first.
  • If you don’t see there, you can try again, or you can open a support ticket and we can assist.
  • Click the password reset link found in the email.  
  • If your email program or browser doesn’t let you do that, you can also copy and paste that link into your browser’s address bar.
  • NOTE: The link only works ONCE.  If you try a second time, it will be expired.  In that case, go back and repeat the steps, starting at Step 1.

Step 6: Enter your new password

  • Once your new password is entered, and you enter it a second time to confirm, click OK.
  • That will save your password and it will be updated immediately.
  • You can log in normally from that point.
